We eliminate resumes and database searches and have community members define their ideal job parameters. Hiring companies post their opportunities and our proprietary algorithm matches members to context-appropriate positions. The community member will upload their resume to a specific opportunity once they have thoroughly scoped it out, avoiding contact with a Recruiter until they opt-in to an opportunity they are willing to pursue.
